I was given the opportunity to do a review for Coffee Cup Creations, and I was so excited to try one of their mixes. Everyone who knows me knows that I am not a baker! My ideal of baking is buying the pre-sliced cookie dough from the refrigerated section and popping it in the oven. So needless to say, I was anxious to try the mixes from Coffee Cup Creations. Would I finally be able to bake cookies with little effort and still have the great homemade taste?! Read on......................

Coffee Cup Creations makes dessert and soup mixes that can be baked right in the coffee cups sold on their website. How unique is that?! It's as simple as adding a few ingredients to the mix and popping in the oven. Sounds easy enough even for a non-baker like myself!

Review
For these review, I chose the Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Mix. The mix arrived inside a plastic zip bag that was placed in a very stylish black and white paper bag. The plastic bag contained pieces of dried cranberries, white chocolate chips and of course the mix. All ingredients were clearly listed on the back of the recipe card, and were all items I could pronounce! All I had to do was add butter, flavor, an egg and I was ready to mix and bake. It took just 10 minutes for the cookies to bake to a golden brown!

Once my cookies cooled, I presented them to my panel of experts (my children, my niece, nephew and mom) for a taste test. They were all very satisfied with the taste of the cookies. They all enjoyed the large pieces of cranberries and white chocolate chips in the cookies. And they were begging for more! The most opinionated and experienced taster (a.k.a Mom), said "those cookies you made were really good"! Finally, I can bake cookies that have a homemade taste with very little effort!
